great job on this, she looks like a parade float.

That was the idea! I wanted her pose to look kinda like the Super Mario Bros. 3 cover, making her look deceptively happy and friendly (One of the traits I found most funny about this character was the fact one second she could look almost nice and cute and the next one, turn into a raging cannibalistic psycho.).
As I eventually decided to post it as a clip-art, people can try to use it to make their own wallpapers... You just make a mosaic-like background copypasting some random image and voilá! I suggest mudkips...
